Credit Cards:
- We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. All orders must be paid at the time the order is being placed by credit card or e-check. E-Checks must clear the bank prior to your order being shipped.
- Delivery Schedule: We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days. Due to COVID-19, some shipments may take longer than normal.
- Returns: SensoryCritters.com's product line can be returned if there is a manufacturing defect, stitching or fabric. If you notice this defect upon opening your order, please e-mail us immediately at billing@sensorycraver.com. If you open the package and use this product there are no returns unless it is a manufacturing defect. Due to the nature of our product line and are all skin contact products, due to COVID-19, we are not accepting returns for any other reason. Therapy products being sold on the site all have disclaimer as Sold as Is. No Returns. No Refunds.
- All returned merchandise should be packaged securely to prevent damage and shipped prepaid preferably insured USPS, FedEx or UPS to the address below. If you feel an item is defective and want to return the item, you Must e-mail us with the details and photos of the manufacturing Defect. Once we review your e-mail and photos, if approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number. Without a R.A. from our office, your return will not be processed.
- If you have a Return Authorization, we will issue the address your order needs to be shipped to via e-mail.
- **Custom made products are not returnable.**

- All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
- SensoryCritters.com's product line and therapy products being sold are all therapeutic in nature and should be used under supervision. If you have questions on how to use your products, please ask your Doctor or Therapist for their recommendation.
- SensoryCritter's product line should never be modified. The Care instructions are sewn on each product and should be followed to keep your product in the best condition.
- Our products are intended for supervised use and, even though we use the finest materials available, we cannot guarantee freedom from injury. The parent/teacher/supervisor assumes all risk of injury or applicability during use. All merchandise is sold under this condition, which no representative of the company can waive or change.
- We reserve the right to amend the specification of any product without prior notice. Some product modifications may occur.
- We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, dimensions, pictures and prices are accurate. Should a pricing error arise, we will inform the customer. We reserve the right to supply at the true price or not to supply. Products may vary slightly in design and/or color from the illustrations and are subject to change without notice.
- Special orders include, but are not limited to, custom-made products like weighted hoodies and or weighted vests with specially sewn in weight packs or special lining and orders of large quantities.
- Customer understands that there are no returns or refunds on special orders.
