Manufacturing Defects – 30 Days from Delivery

If your item has a manufacturing defect, contact support@sensorycraver.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will provide return instructions and offer a refund or replacement after inspection.

One-Year Normal Use Warranty

We provide a one (1) year warranty against defects that arise during normal use. This covers workmanship/material issues and excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, improper care, or unreasonable wear.

Conditions & Exclusions

  • Items must be returned per our instructions.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
  • We do not sell custom-made products.

How to Start a Return

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect (if applicable)
