5. Returns, Defects & Warranty
Manufacturing Defects (30 days from delivery):
Items with confirmed manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of delivery for refund or replacement. Contact support with your order number and photos of the defect.
Normal Use Warranty (1 year):
We provide a one (1) year warranty against defects arising during normal use. This covers workmanship/material defects and excludes misuse, accidents, alterations, improper care, or unreasonable wear.
Conditions:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect. We do not sell custom-made products.
